Welcome to Foster Black Photography. By accessing our website, submitting your information, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Business Information

Foster Black Photography is a Connecticut-based photography studio. While sessions are primarily held at our Connecticut studio, we may travel to other states or countries upon client request. Additional travel fees may apply.

2. Eligibility

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a boudoir photography session or submit personal information through our website, forms, or advertisements.

3. Services Provided

Foster Black Photography offers professional boudoir photography services, including:

  • Boudoir photography sessions

  • Digital image files

  • Professional prints

  • Wall art and custom photography products

  • Photography collections and packages at various price points

The session fee is $650.00. Product pricing and packages vary and are presented separately.

4. Booking & Payments

Booking

  • Free consultations may be booked online.

  • Photography sessions may be booked online or by phone.

Payments

  • The session fee must be paid in full to secure and confirm a session date.

  • Session fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid additional fees.

  • No refunds are offered.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled within one (1) year of the original booking date, subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Follow all preparation and safety protocols discussed prior to the session

  • Bring outfits and items discussed with the studio

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

Clients must sign required consent and release forms prior to their session.

6. Image Use & Copyright

  • Client images will only be used for promotional or marketing purposes (including website, social media, or advertisements) with prior discussion and written client consent.

  • Clients may post behind-the-scenes content or session-related images only with permission and must tag Foster Black Photography.

  • Images provided by Foster Black Photography may be shared by clients only if unaltered and displayed as intended by the studio.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Foster Black Photography is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during a session. Participation is at the client’s own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

We work with professional third-party photography labs to create client products. While we carefully select our vendors, Foster Black Photography is not responsible for third-party actions, delays, or policies.

9. Communications & SMS Messaging (A2P Compliance)

Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting your phone number through our website, forms, booking system, or advertisements, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS messages from Foster Black Photography.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Booking updates

  • Promotional messages and special offers

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

  • Submission of information through ads indicates acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not sell or share personal information except as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.

12. Termination of Services

Foster Black Photography reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

If the studio must cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be contacted promptly.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated via email.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
